The cleanliness of some parts of the hotel, such as the balcony and shower, needs improvement, according to some guests.

The hotel had a nice seating area at the entrance, and the staff were friendly. the convenience store downstairs was helpful, especially since no grocery stores were within walking distance. the location was great, only a short distance from the mall.

My experience at the hotel was not great. the bedsheets were not clean and had hair and stains on them, which made it hard to sleep comfortably.

Had an enjoyable Xmas trip at this hotel! Really appreciated the convenient location that was close to shopping malls and had easy access to Grab/Gojek services. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, offering quick solutions to any issues that came up. The rooms were comfortable and included amenities such as wifi and clean, fresh bedsheets.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked, and the walls were starting to show signs of wear and tear. It was also frustrating that the wifi signal wasn't very strong in some parts of the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extra helpful and the hotel facilities were impressive. The hotel has a swimming pool and a basketball court. They even have a coffee shop next to the receptionist! The location of the hotel is near the best places in the area and the bed was comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The lobby and work area were also satisfactory. We particularly appreciated the small store in the ground floor.
